Logo templates

In this zip folder you will find the design file format of the combined programme-project logo. Please update it with your project acronym and create the standard file formats to be used by the partners e.g. JPG or PNG.
Please be aware that you might need different colour versions of the logo type, in case of use on different backgrounds ref. design guidance.

๐Ÿ“ Programme-Project_logo_template.zip

This is the programme logo, without the project acronym. The zip file contains all file formats and colour versions, you can use this as a reference for developing your own colour versions of the combined logo.

Mini-website Q&A

A list of questions you might have when developing your project mini-website is published below and updated regularly.

Questions and Answers about the mini-website

Q1- Where should we specify the starting and ending dates and the budget? This info is not featured in a specific section anymore.
A- The start and end date, as well as the project budget appear on the project database, yet it is a good idea to publish them in the About the project page as well. To do this each project should add a content block, this is described in the CMS guidance.

Q2- Would โ€˜Toolkitsโ€™ and โ€˜Toolsโ€™ (in Resources) be similar sections in which we would be repeating the content?
A -  Ideally there should be no repetition of content. In the Outputs&Results please provide a narrative presentation of the project outputs and results, explain how the can be used, who is the target group or how they have made an impact.
In the Resources please make available the outputs and solutions that are described in the O&R and that can be further used. It is important to link from the O&R to the Resources.

Q3 - Add a new CTA: a functionality to subscribe to the project newsletter.
A - This should already be possible, albeit not on the home page.

Q4- Should โ€˜Associated partnersโ€™ be identified with a different NPAโ€™s corporate colour? (Like โ€˜Lead partnersโ€™ category is identified in navy blue)
A - We will consider this in a future round of improvements

Q5- Quick links: a link to โ€˜News & Eventsโ€™ is missing.
A- This can be added in the settings.

Q6 - What will be the URL of the mini-websites?
A - The project sites URL will be: www.interreg-npa.eu/projects/acronym/home/
This turned out to be a necessary choice instead of using subdomains like in the past e.g. acronym.interreg-npa.eu . We have an easy permanent redirect feature built in the CMS available in case of need.

Web Analytics

All mini-websites will have an own usage tracker provided via Plausible. The data collected by Plausible is limited, but simple and effective.
Each project communication manager will have direct access to Plausible for the project they are concerned, it is possible to set weekly and monthly reports sent via email.

Once your site is set, contact the Programme Communication Manager to receive the link and credentials.

Ptarmigan, the programme mascot

The Ptarmigan bird is the mascot for our programme since 2000. Note that the mascot should not be confused as the official logo for the Interreg NPA programme, but rather as a complementing decor.

Please carefully follow this guidance on the use of the mascot: Programme-Mascot.pdf
